Booked the flight at 9 plus am so we wouldn't waste half a day. Slept for like 2 hours before preparing and heading to the airport. Took a cab there because I wanted to have Burger King breakfast. We couldn't find Burger King at first and walked almost the whole departure area before finding it. It wasn't as good as the previous time I had it.
The plane we took. I was so afraid it will crash or something because I watched Air Crash Investigations a few days before flying.
While waiting for the plane to fly, it was a sunny day.
Side note, I had a sweet in my mouth hence the bigger/fatter face. I know I'm getting fatter but I'm trying to eat healthier now, like thunder tea rice!
Flight was about an hour 50 mins I guess. Reached there and everything was fine until when we were paying for the cab. I actually forgot to bring the SDGD400 (9000 plus thai bath)!!! I always thought the money was with bf and I only brought SGD200 (4000 plus thai bath) over! Found an atm in the airport where we can withdraw some cash. I was super upset over this and kept worrying that we don't have enough to spend. Terrible to have not enough cash during holiday!
Anyway, reached the hotel after a long long ride. Initially I booked Sugar Palm Resort but they told us that our room had some problem so they offered to transfer us to Sugar Grand Hillside which was suppose to be a 4 star resort and a better resort than ours. We took it anyway because we had no choice.
The room looked old and dirty. Ants were crawling on one side of the wall.

They provided us with mac to use but the internet connection sucks big time. It took me more than 5 freaking minutes to load one damn page and sometimes it wouldn't even load!!!
Weather was bad, sun was nowhere to be seen.
As the sun was hiding from us, we decided to travel to Patong Beach for Jungceylon shopping centre. Cab fare were very expensive and I knew we can bargain but it seems almost impossible because they had the list of prices with them.
Went to this chinese-thai restaurant for lunch. There were many people inside and we thought the food were nice but we're wrong. It's not nice at all. My stupid dumpling soup only had 3 dumplings only! The thai ice milk tea was not bad though but filled of ice. Didn't bothered to take photos of the food because they sucks.
The shopping centre wasn't really that interesting and I bought nothing actually. Bought only snacks to munch on while watching Harry Potter. The place we had dinner was awesome because the food was very nice! The drink was so-so only but food was great.
It seems expensive but we spent about SGD50 plus only. If we were to eat those in Singapore, it'll definitely cost more than SGD50.
It rained for almost the whole day, sad.
Pineapple fried rice, it could be the best I've ever eaten! It's not those fake yellow colour like what most Thai restaurant provide. Those in Singapore tasted weird too.
Free soup and it tasted great too.
Prawns were great but not to my liking. I like those fresh prawns dipped in soya sauce, only had those in Hong Kong.
This omelette was seriously the best of all I had eaten, but a little too oily.
Fish wasn't that nice though, too dry.

Wanted to have mango sticky rice but it was sold out. This dessert was delicious though, there was sticky rice inside.

Yes, a tu-tu. Took a tu-tu back to hotel after dinner.
Did nothing much at night, only watched tv and Harry Potter part 1.
Day 2
Got woken up by the phone ringing, it was the Phi Phi island tour person, informing us that the tour is cancelled because of bad weather on day 3, which is 15 July. I was quite upset when I heard this news because I was looking forward to this tour.
Woke up about 11 plus and missed breakfast. Weather wasn't really that good at nice but became sunny after I said my wish was to have the sun shine brightly and dark clouds to go away. My wish didn't work after awhile but still, I got tan.
Didn't gave up and tried to book another tour with the hotel after going to the beach. At first we booked successfully but later, the guy called us and said all tours will be cancelled. Ultra sad!
Saw someone having coconut juice and I also wanted. Pardon me that I looked like SHIT in this photo and focus on the coconut.
Went back to swim and you can see in the photo, dark clouds were all over the sky.
Someone died in the pool.
Wanted to swim awhile but bf jumped into the pool, looked underwater and saw that the pool was very dirty and decided not to swim. It was indeed dirty, what a 4 star resort.
There were always 4 - 5 waves crashing at a time and they were strong. I didn't dare to go too deep or else I would've been covered by the waves.

First dish was a seafood pizza. It tasted a little fishy but we ate all up because we were too hungry.
Grilled salmon, I love salmon.
Tiger prawns, one each. I still preferred fresh prawns with soya sauce.
Grilled chicken I guess but it was horrible! Meat was dry and tough.
We had free salad but it was just green vegetables, plain and tasteless. Didn't like the sauces.
Finally we had mango sticky rice. I think we only like the sticky rice, mango is too common.
After dinner, we walked around the street near our hotel. Nothing much and nothing for me to shop.
Saw this shop on the floor making customised friendship band. Made for C.G but they needed about an hour to finish, so we went to have more dessert and drinks.
Many people were in this restaurant and we ordered blue berry cheesecake, it was good.
Drinks were not very nice, seems too strong because it was quite bitter. Took so long to drink half of it.

Was just chilling at our seats and this little boy came with roses. Of course we bought one because it's my birthday and birthday girl must have some flowers.
